// CLOUD / MULTI-CLOUD

Three clouds, one posture, your brand.

Each hyperscaler ships its own console, IAM model and cost structure, and none of them talk to each other. We build unified governance, single-pane security and cross-cloud operations so the estate behaves like one system, not three, then hand it over.

Talk multi-cloud operations
// THE OPERATIONS GAP

Three clouds, three consoles, zero unified governance.

A client on two or three hyperscalers lives a hard operational truth: every cloud has its own console, its own IAM model, its own cost structure and its own compliance posture, and none of them speak to one another. Policy drift hits 73% of multi-cloud estates inside twelve months, complexity is the primary accelerant behind the roughly 29% of cloud spend that is wasted, and 64% of organisations name a skills shortage as their top challenge. The partner who delivered the migration is then expected to operate the estate indefinitely with a team never sized for it. We hold it under your brand.

// CAPABILITIES

What we build.

01

Unified Governance

Cross-cloud policy enforcement across AWS (Control Tower, Organisations, SCPs), Azure (Policy, Management Groups, Blueprints) and GCP (Org Policies, Resource Manager). One posture, three clouds, no drift.

02

Single-Pane CSPM

Palo Alto Prisma Cloud CNAPP runs CSPM, CWPP and CIEM across all three hyperscalers in one view, backed by native Security Hub, Defender for Cloud and Security Command Center. Misconfigurations surface in minutes, not in the next audit.

03

Cross-Cloud Observability

CloudWatch, Azure Monitor and GCP Cloud Operations Suite aggregated into a single dashboard with alert correlation across provider boundaries. The 2 a.m. issue gets chased across clouds, not lost between them.

04

Cross-Cloud Networking

Inter-cloud connectivity and routing across ExpressRoute, Direct Connect and Cloud Interconnect, designed as one operational practice rather than three disconnected ticket queues.

05

FinOps as Standard

Tagging enforcement, anomaly detection, showback reporting and commitment utilization built into the platform we deliver, not sold as a separate engagement. Multi-cloud sprawl is where the waste hides; this is where it gets caught.

06

Continuous Compliance

Continuous compliance monitoring built into the platform, against CIS Benchmarks, GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 and DORA, with auto-remediation where you approve it. Compliance stops being a quarterly scramble.

// FAQ

Multi-cloud, answered straight.

01 How do you run three clouds from one team?

Cloud-native tooling per provider (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Cloud Operations Suite) aggregated into one observability layer, with Prisma Cloud holding the cross-cloud security posture. Our engineers are certified across all three hyperscalers, so an issue that starts in one cloud and surfaces in another gets traced end to end rather than handed off.

02 We already manage cloud with native tools and scripts. Why change?

Native tooling leaves you with three consoles, three alerting models and no correlation between them. When a latency problem starts in GCP networking but shows up as an application error in Azure, you need a control plane that follows it across the boundary. We replace ad-hoc tool sprawl with unified governance and a single line of sight, built and handed over so your team can run it or offer it as your own managed service.

03 Our client is mostly single-cloud. Is this overkill?

Most are not single-cloud for long. The trigger is usually an AI workload on another platform, a compliance requirement or an acquisition, and it tends to arrive inside twelve to eighteen months. The framework scales to the clouds actually in use today and expands as the estate grows, so there is no oversized commitment up front.

04 Does Belico touch our client's environment directly?

Only within an access model you define. We work to pre-agreed runbooks, change windows and escalation paths. Every action is logged, attributed to your change-management system and never visible to the end client. Permission scopes are documented before onboarding begins.

05 How does FinOps fit in?

It is built into the platform, not bolted on later: automated tagging enforcement, showback and chargeback per business unit, anomaly alerting through AWS Cost Anomaly Detection and Azure Cost Management, commitment utilization reporting and executive cost summaries. We build the governance and automation and hand it over, so the cost discipline runs under your brand.

06 What does the CSPM cover for compliance?

Prisma Cloud monitors continuously against CIS Benchmarks for AWS, Azure and GCP, plus GDPR, NIS2, ISO 27001 control sets and DORA operational resilience requirements. Misconfiguration detection runs around the clock, with auto-remediation wherever you have approved it.
