// COLLABORATION / VIDEO & MEETING ROOMS
Every meeting is a video meeting now. The rooms have to keep up.
Hybrid work turned every room into a video room, but most estates are a patchwork of half-working spaces that lose the client's trust in the first two minutes. We design room standards, deploy Webex and Microsoft Teams Rooms consistently across every site, and hand over a fleet your team can support with one story. Under your brand.
Plan a meeting-room rolloutA room either earns trust in two minutes, or loses it.
Almost every meeting now includes someone joining remotely, which means almost every room is a video room whether it was built for it or not. The trouble is that most estates grew one room at a time: different kit in every space, half the cameras pointed at the wrong end of the table, ten minutes burned at the top of each call getting the screen to share. Inconsistency is the real defect. A client cannot trust a meeting experience they cannot predict, and a support team cannot hold one story for an estate where no two rooms are the same. The fix is a standard, deployed the same way everywhere, and handed over clean.
What we deploy.
Room Standards & Design
We define the room types up front: huddle, standard, boardroom, training. Each gets an agreed AV bill of materials, sight lines and acoustics worked out on paper, so a room in one office behaves exactly like the same room three sites away.
Webex & Microsoft Teams Rooms Deployment
Cisco Webex Rooms (Room Bar, Room Kit, Board Pro) and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR on Windows and Android), installed to the same standard whichever platform the client runs. Logitech, Poly and Neat where the room or the budget calls for it.
Native Interop
One device joins a Teams meeting and a Webex meeting without a gateway in the middle. We configure native interop so a Webex device runs Teams Rooms and a Teams device joins Webex calls, and nobody in the room has to think about which platform sent the invite.
AI-Powered Rooms
Auto-framing and presenter tracking that keep remote attendees on the speaker, AI noise removal that cuts the room out of the audio, and live transcription so the meeting has a record. The features that make a hybrid room feel fair to the people who are not in it.
Booking, Signage & Occupancy
Room booking and panels at the door, wayfinding and digital signage so people find the right room, and occupancy analytics that show which rooms get used and which sit empty. The data that justifies the next round of room investment.
Multi-Site Rollout & Standardisation
We take the agreed standard and roll it out site by site, managed through Cisco Control Hub and Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro Management so the whole estate reports into one place. Designed, installed, standardised and handed over.

Meeting rooms, answered straight.
01 Webex Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms, which should we recommend?
We deploy both, and the right answer is usually the platform the client already lives in. Microsoft 365 estates lean Teams Rooms; voice-primary and Cisco-heavy estates lean Webex. The deciding factor is not the hardware, because most certified devices run either platform. We help you present a credible comparison and then install whichever the client picks, configured for native interop so the room joins meetings on both regardless.
02 We have rooms across a lot of sites and none of them match. Can you fix that?
That is the core of what we do. We agree a small set of room standards (huddle, standard, boardroom), fix an AV bill of materials for each, and roll that out site by site so every room of a given type is identical. The estate then reports into Cisco Control Hub and Teams Rooms Pro Management as one fleet, which is what lets a single support team hold one story for the whole building, not a different fix per room.
03 Which AI features are actually worth having?
The ones that make a hybrid room fair to the people dialled in. Auto-framing and presenter tracking keep remote attendees looking at the speaker rather than an empty table, AI noise removal stops the room's air conditioning and side conversations bleeding into the call, and live transcription gives the meeting a searchable record. Cosmetic features come and go; these three change whether a remote participant can follow the room.
04 Who supports the rooms after you have installed them?
We design, install, standardise and hand the estate over with documentation and an admin walkthrough, so your client's team, or your own, can run it day to day from Control Hub and Teams Rooms Pro Management. If you want to offer managed rooms as your service on top of that, the standardised fleet we hand over is exactly what makes that practical to run at scale. The ongoing service is yours to sell; the clean, consistent build is what we deliver.
05 How do you handle accessibility and inclusivity in room design?
It is part of the standard, not an afterthought. Sight lines and table layout are set so wheelchair users and people at the far end of the table are framed properly, live transcription and captions support attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing, and we check screen height, mic coverage and acoustic treatment so quieter voices carry. A room that frames and hears everyone is simply a better room, and it keeps the client on the right side of accessibility obligations.
06 Can you retrofit our existing rooms or does it have to be rip-and-replace?
We retrofit wherever the room and the existing kit support it. Plenty of rooms need only a certified bar or codec, an updated controller and proper configuration to reach the standard, and that is far cheaper than stripping the room out. Where displays, cabling or acoustics genuinely fall short we will say so and scope a rebuild, but the default is to reuse what works and standardise around it.
