// DATA CENTRE / COMPUTE & NETWORKING

The Cisco data centre refresh you won, executed cleanly.

Aging Nexus fabric, ACI upgrades that need APIC expertise, Intersight policy-as-code that DC ops teams never built. We bring the CCIE-certified engineers to design the spine-leaf fabric and run the migration, under your brand, on a high-value engagement where mistakes show.

Scope a Cisco DC engagement
// THE CREDENTIALING GAP

The project is high-value and long-running, which is exactly where the gap hurts.

Teams running Cisco data centres are stuck in a credentialing gap: the fabric is aging, with Nexus 5000 and 7000 platforms reaching end-of-support; ACI upgrades need APIC expertise junior engineers do not have; and Intersight's policy-as-code model demands automation skills most DC ops teams never developed. Channel partners hit the same wall, winning a Cisco refresh or ACI deployment and then finding no certified DC engineer to execute it cleanly. The result is delivery risk on a visible, costly engagement. The DC networking market is growing at 16.5% CAGR, USD 55.6 billion in 2025, and the partners who can execute credibly are the ones who win it.

// CAPABILITIES

What we deliver.

01

Spine-Leaf Fabric Design

Nexus 9000 spine-leaf switching with EVPN-VXLAN overlay, built to Cisco CVD standards. The data centre core engineered for predictable east-west throughput, not retrofitted onto aging Nexus 5000 and 7000 platforms.

02

ACI Policy Architecture

ACI tenant, EPG and contract modelling for intent-based micro-segmentation and multi-tenant isolation, driven by the APIC controller. Application-aware networking enforced as policy rather than hand-cut ACLs.

03

Brownfield ACI Operations

Live production ACI is routine here, not an edge case. The ACI object model, tenant architecture review and zero-downtime upgrade procedures, run with full rollback documentation at every stage.

04

NDFC Fabric Automation

Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller for NX-OS fabrics with EVPN-VXLAN automation, and Nexus Dashboard for multi-site operations. The right fit when the client prefers CLI-based operations with overlay automation over the ACI model.

05

UCS Compute Deployment

Cisco UCS and UCS X-Series for virtualisation, HCI and AI workloads: UCS Manager and Intersight Managed Mode setup, service profile design and stateless computing, with sub-four-hour bare-metal rebuild.

06

Intersight Policy Automation

Intersight as a Day 2 platform, not a hardware portal: policy-as-code service profiles, firmware lifecycle management, and ITSM integration with ServiceNow and Jira for automated ticketing.

// FAQ

Cisco data centre, answered straight.

01 How long does a Cisco ACI deployment take?

A greenfield ACI fabric runs 6 to 10 weeks from design through production handoff, set by leaf-switch count, EPG complexity and integration scope. Brownfield upgrades and tenant modelling are shorter, around 4 to 6 weeks, since the physical fabric already exists. We deliver a detailed project timeline as part of the initial scoping engagement.

02 ACI or NDFC, which should we recommend?

ACI uses the APIC controller for intent-based policy across the fabric, the fit for clients needing micro-segmentation, multi-tenant isolation and application-aware networking. NDFC manages NX-OS fabrics with EVPN-VXLAN automation, better suited to teams that prefer traditional CLI-based operations with overlay automation. We deploy both and recommend on the client's operational model and security requirements.

03 Can you work in a live production ACI fabric without disruption?

Yes. Our engineers work in brownfield ACI routinely. The ACI object model, tenant architecture review and zero-downtime upgrade procedures are core competencies, and we operate in live fabrics with full rollback documentation at every stage. The Raiffeisen Bank Romania deployment went to zero support tickets after go-live.

04 What certifications can you provide for client-facing SOWs?

The practice holds CCIE Data Centre and CCNP Data Centre certifications. We supply engineer CVs, certification evidence and Cisco partner program documentation for any SOW or proposal. Our names never appear on it; your company presents the team.

05 How does Intersight differ from UCS Manager?

UCS Manager runs on-premises within a single UCS domain. Intersight is Cisco's cloud-connected platform for policy-as-code automation, firmware lifecycle management and ITSM integration across multiple domains and sites. We package it as a Day 2 operations platform rather than a management portal; the Forrester TEI study puts it at 192% ROI from improved IT productivity.

06 Can a standard Nexus refresh extend to an AI-ready fabric?

Yes. Cisco Nexus Hyperfabric provides cloud-managed AI cluster fabric with 800G switching, NVIDIA Spectrum-4 integration and NCP compliance. A standard Nexus refresh can extend to an AI-ready spine-leaf fabric without changing delivery teams or vendor relationships, bridging your data centre and AI work in a single project.
