// ENTERPRISE NETWORKING / NETWORK OBSERVABILITY

You cannot fix what you cannot see.

The network now spans campus, branch, cloud and SaaS, and the blind spots sit exactly where the problems are. We design and stand up the assurance stack across ThousandEyes, Catalyst Center and Meraki, then hand it over with dashboards and runbooks so your client's team runs it, all under your brand.

// THE VISIBILITY GAP

The traffic moved to the internet. The monitoring did not.

Most networks are still watched the way they were a decade ago: SNMP polling the devices the client owns, going dark the instant traffic crosses the edge. But the majority of enterprise traffic now rides the internet to SaaS, so when Microsoft 365 or a client portal feels slow, the team owns the complaint without owning the path. The result is finger-pointing, long mean time to repair, and outages that cost real money per hour. We close that gap by designing and standing up the assurance stack that sees end to end, from campus to cloud to SaaS, then handing it over with the runbooks and knowledge transfer so your client's team runs it. We build and hand over; we do not run a NOC. The platform lands under your brand.

// CAPABILITIES

What we deploy.

01

Assurance Platform Build

Cisco Catalyst Center Assurance or the Meraki Dashboard stood up properly: health scores, client and application telemetry, path traces and issue correlation, configured against the real estate rather than left at defaults. Built, validated and handed over with the policy model documented.

02

Digital Experience Monitoring

Cisco ThousandEyes agents placed across the paths that matter, so when Microsoft 365 or a client portal feels slow you can prove whether it is the LAN, the ISP, the internet middle-mile or the SaaS provider. The visibility reaches well beyond the network your client owns.

03

Flow & Telemetry

NetFlow and IPFIX for who-talked-to-whom, plus model-driven streaming telemetry off Catalyst and Nexus for sub-second device state. Kentik or Nexus Dashboard turns the firehose into answers, so capacity and security questions stop being guesswork.

04

AIOps Baselining & Anomaly Detection

The platform learns what normal looks like per site, per application and per hour, then flags the deviation before a human would notice the trend. Catalyst Center and ThousandEyes surface the anomaly and the likely root cause rather than a wall of raw SNMP alarms.

05

Dashboards & Runbooks

The dashboards your client's team will actually live in, paired with runbooks that say what each alert means and what to do about it. This is the handover artefact: the knowledge transfer that lets their NOC or IT team operate the stack without us.

06

Capacity & Performance Reporting

Trend reporting on link utilisation, application performance and growth, so the next circuit upgrade or branch refresh is a planned decision backed by data, not a reaction to the day it finally saturates. Templated and handed over so the team keeps producing it.

// FAQ

Network observability, answered straight.

01 Who watches the network after you build the platform?

Your client's team does, or your team under your own brand. We design the assurance stack, stand it up, validate it against the real estate and hand it over with dashboards, runbooks and knowledge transfer so their people can run it from day one. Belico does not run a NOC, we do not monitor your client's network on an ongoing contract, and we carry no monitoring SLA. We are the project team that builds the visibility and hands you the keys; the ongoing operation stays with you or your client.

02 What does ThousandEyes add over SNMP and our existing tools?

SNMP tells you the health of devices you own. It goes silent the moment traffic leaves your edge, which is exactly where most problems now live: the ISP, the internet middle-mile, the SaaS provider. ThousandEyes runs synthetic and real-user tests along the full path, so a slow Microsoft 365 or a degraded client portal can be pinned to the responsible hop and, often, proven not to be your client's fault. It is the visibility SNMP structurally cannot give.

03 What does AIOps actually mean here, in plain terms?

It means the platform learns the normal rhythm of the network, the usual latency, throughput and client counts for each site and application at each time of day, then tells you when something drifts off that baseline before it becomes an outage. Instead of a human staring at graphs or drowning in raw alarms, Catalyst Center and ThousandEyes correlate the signals and surface the anomaly with a likely cause. It is pattern detection that turns noise into a short, ranked list.

04 Can it integrate with our existing Splunk or Grafana?

Yes, and we design for that. The assurance platforms expose APIs, streaming telemetry and webhooks, so we feed the flow data, health events and ThousandEyes results into Splunk, Grafana or an existing SIEM rather than forcing your client into yet another standalone console. The aim is one coherent view that fits the tooling the team already trusts, not a parallel silo nobody checks.

05 Catalyst Center or Meraki, which assurance platform?

It tracks the estate. Catalyst Center suits a larger Catalyst-based enterprise that wants deep assurance, path tracing and granular telemetry across a complex campus and WAN. The Meraki Dashboard suits a cloud-managed, multi-site estate where simplicity and a single pane win over configurability. Many clients run both, so we layer ThousandEyes across the top for the internet and SaaS visibility neither one covers on its own.

06 How long until the platform is delivering value?

Quickly, because assurance starts learning the moment it sees traffic. Health scores and flow visibility typically light up within the first couple of weeks of a deployment, ThousandEyes path data is useful almost immediately, and AIOps baselines sharpen over the following weeks as the platform observes a full set of business cycles. We validate each capability against real conditions before handover, so what we hand you is proven, not theoretical.
