A leading MSP had the client and the contract. They did not have 120 sites worth of SD-WAN engineers. We brought them, under the partner brand, and ran every cutover.

A 120-site cutover the partner could not staff alone.

The partner had won a competitive bid to move a retailer off legacy MPLS across 120 branches in eight countries. The commercial case depended on a clean, fast rollout, and the partner own team could staff perhaps a dozen sites at once. Miss the maintenance windows and the margin evaporates.

    Design and staging

    Reference architecture on Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, zero-touch provisioning templates, and per-country ISP and compliance mapping.

  2. WK 3-5

    Pilot sites

    First branches cut over and tuned. Application-aware routing policies validated against the retailer real traffic.

  3. WK 6-9

    Regional waves

    Sites activated in country waves, staged and pre-configured remotely to keep on-site time to hours, not days.

  4. WK 10-21

    Full rollout

    All 120 branches live, every cutover inside the maintenance window the client signed off.

  5. ONGOING

    Run and assure

    Central vManage operations handed to the partner, with monitoring and assurance they present as their own.

Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Overlay

A full Catalyst SD-WAN (Viptela) overlay across all 120 branches, replacing MPLS with hybrid broadband, LTE and retained MPLS for critical paths. Zero-touch provisioning and central vManage orchestration from a single console.

Phased Multi-Country Rollout

Deployments across eight European countries with local ISP procurement and compliance, run from a standardised playbook the partner presents as their own methodology. Remote staging kept on-site time to hours.
